Where do you ship to?

We can deliver anywhere in the world, but charges will vary according to your location.  Delivery will be calculated at checkout once you have added your delivery address and items to your cart.  You will be able to review the delivery charges before placing your order and being charged.  Please check our shipping page for more details.  


Once I have ordered, how long will it take to get my order? 

Once you have placed your order online we will take between 1 and 3 days to process your order and have it collected by one of our delivery partners.  You will receive a notification email once your order has been collected and is on its way to you.  Most deliveries happen within 1-3 days, but can take longer if you are in an outlying area or not in South Africa.  

If you are needing an urgent delivery please confirm this is possible with us before placing your order.  Overnight or same day deliveries are sometimes possible from Monday to Thursday depending on your area. What are your delivery options -  Do you offer overnight delivery? 

Delivery times vary according to your area - depending on the distance from our dispatch Studio in central Cape Town, South Africa. 

If you live in South Africa in a main city centre, delivery typically takes 1-3 working days, but can take up to 5 days.  

If you live in a main city centre and would like an overnight delivery we can accommodate you at an extra cost of R40-100. Urgent deliveries need to be booked before 10am. Please call or whatsapp us to arrange urgent deliveries - +27 76 272 5349 or [email protected]

If you live in an outlying area, delivery typically takes 5-7 working days.  If you know that you are in a ‘hard to get to location contact us on +27 76 272 5349 or [email protected] and we can arrange delivery to your nearest postnet at a cost of R99 for parcels under 2kg. 

 If you live outside of South Africa our DHL partner will deliver your package in, typically, 5-10 working days.  Please note that you may be charged taxes and customs by the country of entry.  These charges are out of our control and are destination specific. HANNAH LAVERY takes no responsibility for the parcel once it leaves South Africa.


How do I track my order?

Track your order by following the link in your receipt.  Alternatively, head to our site at www.hannahlavery.co.za/a/track and enter your order number to get live updates on your order.  


Can I collect my order in store?

We offer the convenience of collecting your order at our Gardens store, which serves as our designated collection point. You are more than welcome to collect your order from there. However, if you prefer to collect your order from one of our other stores, we kindly ask that you notify us via email on [email protected] . This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements to have your order sent to your desired store.

Please keep in mind that delivery to the required store may take approximately 2 to 4 business days, depending on the location and availability of the items. We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our customers, so notifying us in advance via email will help us serve you better.
