Which payment types do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods through our trusted payment partner, Paygate - visa, mastercard, paypal, snapscan and instant EFT. 

To be able to use any of these methods select the Paygate option at checkout and follow the prompts. 

We can also accept direct eft’s by processing a manual sale on your behalf. If you would like this option please contact us on [email protected] or +27 76 272 5349 with which items you are wanting to purchase and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Please note we are only available during the week between 8am and 4pm. 

Do you offer Buy Now Pay Later?

We have 2 payment options for you to pay for your purchase in instalments via our 2 payment solution partners: Payflex and Payjustnow .

How long should a refund take to reach me?

Refunds will be paid into the account from which your purchase has been made . A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been confirmed. Refunds will reflect within 7- 14 working days
