How do I use my gift voucher to pay for an order?
Enter your Gift Voucher code at checkout.
When you get to checkout enter your voucher code in the block on the right of the screen that says ‘Gift card or discount code’ and click APPLY. The total amount will automatically be deducted from your order.
Please Note...
If you're spending more than the value of your gift voucher, you'll need to pay the extra using another payment method in the usual way.
If you're spending less than the value of your gift voucher, the credit will stay on your account or on the code for you to spend later, ready for you to use on your next order.
How long are gift cards valid for?
Gift vouchers expire 1 year from the date of receipt.
Can I exchange a gift card for cash?
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non refundable.
If you would like to cancel a gift card because of a mistake in the email address, we'll change it for you and send you another one.
If a gift card was given to you as a gift, any changes to it will need to be requested by the person who bought it. Please have them contact us on [email protected] or +27 76 272 5349
