Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?

If you would like to cancel or change your order and your order has already been sent out from our warehouse you will need to log a return here. Once you have logged your return and sent your garments back you will get a notification when your garment has been received and checked at our studio.  Your refund, exchange or store credit will then be processed within 3-7 working days.  

When you have paid through our partners at payflex or payjustnow and would like to be refunded, will be processed by them. Refunds will be done according to their policies that are out of our control. 

If you would like to cancel your order and your order has not yet left our studio please contact us on [email protected] or +276 272 5349 and we will cancel your order and process your refund via your selected payment channel.
